✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Used, damaged, or altered products
Items returned after 7 days
Clearance, sale, or final items
Gift cards or promotional giveaways

🔁 Return Process

Our team will review your request and send return instructions.
Ship the item back — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days to reflect in your account.
